Glad you like it! This version has some benefits over the Wii U version too, especially technically with Ishiiruka Dolphin material maps, rim lighting, ambient occlusion and global illumination.
I definitely recommend that you give it a try if you like what you're seeing! Very nice job! Without seeing comparisons, seems like you stay true to the original art-style.
Not everyone here does that. Will be very interested to see some comparisons between normal Dolphin, WiiU, Ishi, and Dolphin without this pack.
I could see this as being the definitive way to play. Dolphin offers so many benefits over Cemu as an emulator, though I haven't kept up with the modding community for the WiiU version.
There are no plans to port it to the Wii version. This is fine but I'm curious, does the Wii version have completely different texture ids? I'd love to see this ported to Link's Crossbow Training.
KatIsntGood Kat. Yes, the wii version does have different texture ids but only the gameid part is changed. It might work fine with Dolphin's new game id feature but I'm not sure.
JosJuice Developer. There are however a bunch of textures for UI elements and such that are different between the two consoles. I've not looked into the Wii version at all, mostly because I really do not like to play that version of the game because of the controls.
It might be possible based on the above comments however! Thanks, the reason I ask, is it is now very very easy to support multiple games with a single texture pack.
The latest blog post talks about how to rename folders but this same technique can be used for supporting multiple texture ids. If what JosJuice says is true, just create a GZ2.
